Colorful Eggs from HVVN FARM in Heathsville VA

UNWASHED COLORFUL PASTURE-RAISED EGGS

From our fields to your table.

At HVVN Farm, our hens roam open pasture, scratch through grass, soak up sunshine, and live right alongside our sheep, honeybees, dogs, and wide-open skies. They’re raised with care, plenty of fresh air, and no antibiotics — ever.

That means eggs with:

Deep golden yolks
Firm whites
Clean, rich flavor

Perfect for slow breakfasts, baked treats, and everyday family meals.

Grab eggs at anytime from our farm shop at 1013 Pumpkin Hill Rd. or at scheduled markets!

Avoid washing eggs until you are ready to use them for maximum freshness. Rinse them briefly in warm water, without using soap. Unwashed eggs can last up to 2 weeks at room temperature or 3 months in the refrigerator. Washed eggs should be refrigerated and will last 2 months. We hope you enjoy!

LAYING HENS OR ROOSTERS

Our chickens aren’t just livestock — they’re part of the family, we aren’t going to lie, we aren’t in the habit of selling them. BUT! We also understand the magic of having such amazing animals that provide continuous companionship and food and not everyone has the ability to experience the entire process!

Raised right here at HVVN FARM in Heathsville, Virginia, our birds spend their days free-ranging across open pasture, scratching for bugs, dust bathing in the sunshine, and coming home to roost at night.

We focus on hardy, friendly birds that thrive in real farm conditions. Our flock is made up of a variety of heritage and mixed breeds chosen for temperament, resilience, and great egg production — not just looks.

Each chicken is raised with fresh air, sunshine, space to roam, and thoughtfully supplemented with fermented, non-GMO feed when needed. No antibiotics. No hormones. Just good care, good food, and a whole lot of respect for the animals who call our farm home.

Whether you’re starting your first backyard flock or adding a few new feathered friends, we’re happy to help match you with birds that fit your space and goals.

Happy hens.
Healthy birds.
